Refund policy

BeautyShop17 is dedicated to bringing you the best in beauty.  All our products are purchased directly from the manufacturers or the authorized wholesalers.

Due to hygiene issues, we only accept unopened, undamaged and unused products to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

All parts, pieces, promotional items, gifts with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned.  (You may keep free gifts come with the purchase, but we may charge your account for the full value of the gift.)  We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not unopened, undamaged and unused.

We accept up to two individual items to be returned or exchanged in a 365-day period.

Shipping fee is non-refundable, if the return reason is no fault by us, customer is responsible for both the original and return shipping cost.

The original shipping cost might be deducted from your refund if you have received free shipping from your order.
